Fresh from Cricket Creek Farm in Williamstown. Handmade cheese has been the primary goal at Cricket Creek Farm since the transition to grass-based farming in 2001. They have a state-of-the art cheese making facility and regularly produce three cheeses.


Fresh Mozzarella -a fresh cheese made with whole milk and live cultures. It is hand-stretched and has a semi-soft texture with a soft, milky flavor.

Maggie’s Round - an Italian farm-style raw milk cheese which is aged over 4 months. It has a creamy texture with a flavor similar to that of an Italian Toma.

Tobasi - made seasonally when the cows are out on pasture. It is an Italian semi-soft raw milk cheese aged over 3 months. Very buttery and smooth with earthy, grassy notes.
