Bread Euphoria is a family owned bakery in the Pioneer Valley just off of Rte. 9 in Haydenville, MA. They stone grind their own organic whole wheat flour and add certified organic ingredients. They never compromise the quality or purity of the ingredients for price. They do not use commercial yeast because they prefer the flavor provided by natural starters and a long fermentation. Every loaf is hand-shaped and baked in a stone hearth oven. Bread Euphoria is proud to belong to a community of small farms and locally owned retailers committed to bringing you great-tasting nutritious bread.

Berkshire Organics will pick up the bread on Thursday afternoons just as it comes out of the oven so that it is at its freshest for Friday’s delivery. When submitting your order, please let us know if you would like your bread sliced (perfect for sandwiches and toast).

Baguette - 12 oz. traditional French-style white sour
dough baguette. $3.95

Country White - 1 lb. oval shaped white sour dough loaf with a
little whole wheat added for flavor. Similar to
French Pan au Levain. $5.15

Peasant Wheat - 1 lb. round shaped whole wheat sour dough loaf.
small amount of rye is added to give it a slightly
more sour taste. $5.15

Sesame - 1 lb. oval shaped whole wheat sour dough loaf.
It has sesame seeds in the dough and it coated
with seeds. $5.15

Three Seed - 1 lb. round shaped sour dough whole wheat.
Their most popular bread with flax, millet, and sunflower seeds in the bread and on top. $5.25

Kalamata Olive - 1 lb. oval shaped sour dough whole wheat. It is
filled with black Greek kalamata olives, garlic,
and basil. $6.15

Grainary - 1 1/2lb. sandwich loaf. Massachusetts grown
whole wheat loaf with sprouted and roasted wheatberries and stoneground wholegrain wheat. $6.15
